SLB系列立式单级双吸离心泵，是我公司根据市场需要，专门为城市供水、供暖、空调制冷等行业生产的国内型的双吸泵。该系列产品广泛用于自来水厂、泵站、电站、空调循环用水、采暖用热水循环、工业供水系统、消防系统、船舶工业、亦适合炼油工业中一般性用途。
SLB型泵采用了目前国内外秀的水力模型，性能稳定、效率高，产品结构紧凑、占地小，运行平稳振动小，安装与维修更方便。
　　SLB series vertical single stage double entry centrifugal pumps are latest model of double entry pumps at home to meet the market demands in the industries of urban water supply, heat supply, air conditioning and refrigeration, etc. This series of products are widely used for general purposes in waterworks, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning water circulation, heating water circulation, industrial water supply system, fire control system, ships and oil refining.
SLB pumps use the most advanced hydraulic model at home and abroad to achieve consistent performance and high efficiency. The products are featured by compact structure, small occupation, smooth operation and little vibration, making installation and maintenance fairly easy.

水力性能Hydraulic performance

采用计算机对泵的水力模型进行优化设计，SLB双吸泵具有高效率和显著的抗汽蚀性能，该系列泵与国内同类产品相比，效率要高出１～３％，抗汽蚀性能也有所提高。
Provided with optimized design to the hydraulic model by computer, SLB double entry pump is given high efficiency and outstanding anti-cavitation performance. Compared with their counterparts at home, this series of pumps are １～３％ higher in efficiency, and superior in anti-cavitation performance.

工作条件Working conditions

１、系统工作压力为2.5Mpa；即泵出口压力＝泵入口压力＋泵扬程≤2.5Mpa。根据泵承受的压力，泵体和泵盖材质采用灰口铸铁（1.6Mpa)、球墨铸铁（2.0Mpa)、铸钢(2.5Mpa,包括不锈钢）。在订货时敬请注明泵的承压情况或材质。
２、工作介质为温度不超过100℃的清水或物理化学性质类似清水的其他液体。
1. The maximum working pressure of the system is 2.5Mpa, that is, pump outlet pressure= inlet pressure + head ≤2.5Mpa. According to the maximum pressure to bear, pump body and cover can be made of grey cast iron (1.6Mpa), spheroidal graphite cast iron (2.0Mpa) or cast steel (2.5Mpa, including stainless steel). Please detail the pressure to bear or materials when placing an order.
2. Working medium shall be clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties, temperature not over 100℃.

结构特点Structural characteristics

１、结构紧凑、占地空间小；进出口在同一条水平线上，安装方便。采用便拆结构使泵在检修时不需拆卸进出口管路和电机。拆卸时，只需松开泵体与泵盖的联接螺栓和卸下中间联轴器，中间部件作为一个整体便可取出，检修十分方便。这一优点对更换大功率泵的轴承和机械密封等易损件尤为明显。
２、转子部件轴向尺寸短因而刚性好，而且泵与电机架、电机架与电机，联轴器之间的联接均为止口联接，组件同心度高。同时的水力模型几乎没有轴向力和径向力，因而运行平稳、噪音低、振动小。
３、泵轴采用独立的轴承支承，轴承选用进口高质量轴承（NTN,NSK,SKF等），保证电机长期安全地运行，泵轴承采用油脂润滑，轴承压盖设有加油油杯，可用高压油枪加油。
1. Compact structure, small occupation, inlet and outlet on the same horizontal line, and easy installation. Its detachable structure makes it possible not to take off the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor in maintenance. To disassemble, it only needs to loosen the coupling bolt between pump body and cover and to take off the coupling in the middle. Then the middle part can be taken out as a whole, making maintenance fairly easy. This seems more advantageous in replacing the bearing and mechanical seal of high-powered pumps.
2. Rotor part, for its short axial dimensions, is given outstanding rigidity. As pump and motor frame, motor frame and motor, and couplings are all spigot connected, the concentricity of components is high. Besides, there is almost no axial and radial force in the advanced hydraulic model, so it can move smoothly, causing very low noise and little vibration.
3. Pump shaft is supported by an independent bearing. The bearing used is imported and provided with very good quality, such as NTN, NSK and SKF, etc., thus to ensure long-time safe running of motor. Pump bearing is lubricated by grease. Bearing gland is fitted with an oiling cup, and can be oiled by high pressure oil gun.

密封Seal

采用机械密封，密封磨擦副采用石墨对碳化钨，不泄露，使用寿命长。
Use of mechanical seal, seal wearing auxiliary made of graphite and tungsten carbide to achieve no leakage and long service life.
